Project Description: 1The University of Chicago Lab School is undergoing a major renovation of its campus including the addition of two new buildings. The Early Childhood Center will be built off campus and the Arts Wing will become an integral part of the existing UCLS campus.
Services Provided:Sustainable design team leader accountable for the LEED Certification process beginning early in the project's design phases through to the end of construction.
Results: Projects are anticipated to achieve LEED Silver certification.
